Returns & Refunds
Printing orders that are personalized, custom printed, or contain information that is unique to you or your customer(s) are not returnable.
No refunds are issued including orders which are not accepted by us or are cancelled by you before pre-press procedure begins.
Every order is inspected before shipping. If the order you placed is incorrect or damaged and you believe it was a result of our production process, please contact us within 2 days upon receiving the order and we will reprint it due solely to printer error (ghosting, smudges, light ink, incorrect perforations, form alignment, etc.)
Changes and amendments
We reserve the right to modify this policy or its terms at any time at our discretion. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We may also provide notice to you in other ways at our discretion, such as through the contact information you have provided.
