An NFC card is a smart card with an embedded NFC chip. When tapped with an NFC enabled smartphone, it can instantly open a website, digital business card, contact details, or social media profile.

2. What is the free Digital Profile Business Card URL?
With every NFC card, we provide a free Digital Profile Business Card URL for 1 year. This online profile allows you to display your contact details, company information, and social media links in one place. Sample profile: https://qr.nfc.sg/r/stpkr74ytv22
Please note that the first year is free. Renewal charges of S$10.90 per profile/year will apply from the second year onwards.
3. Is the NFC card durable for daily use?
Yes. The NFC chip is embedded inside a PVC card similar to a credit card. It is designed to be durable and suitable for everyday use.
4. Can NFC cards be used for marketing or promotions?
Yes. NFC cards are an effective marketing tool. They can link to promotional pages, product catalogues, portfolios, booking systems, event pages, or membership registration forms.
5. Do you offer NFC cards in metal or other materials?
No, we only offer glossy PVC plastic NFC cards, which provide better NFC signal performance and compatibility with most smartphones.

6. What does “Printing + Free 1-Year Digital Profile + URL Encoding” include?
This option includes:
• Printing of the NFC card
• Free Digital Profile for 1 year
• URL encoding into the NFC chip
We will create the digital profile and encode the link into the NFC card. Once you receive the card, it is ready to tap and use immediately.
7. What does “Printing + URL Encoding” include?
This option includes:
• Printing of the NFC card
• Encoding of the URL that you provide.
This URL can link to:
• Your website
• A digital business card
• Social media pages
• Any online link
The card will be ready for use upon delivery.
8. What does “Printing Only (Encode on your own)” mean?
We will print the NFC card only. It will not be programmed, so you can encode it yourself using your own NFC app or system.
9. Do you provide design services?
We provide online design templates and easy to use design tools so customers can create their own card design.
If professional design assistance is required, additional design fees may apply. Please contact us for details.
10. How do I set up my Free Digital Profile?
After placing an order with the Free Digital Profile service, you will receive an email with a registration link to claim your profile and create your account on the profile platform.
Once registered, you will receive another email which grants you access to edit and customise your digital profile, similar to setting up a digital business card with your contact details, links, and company information.

11. Can the NFC card be reprogrammed or reused?
Yes, the NFC card is rewritable and reusable. You can erase the existing data and encode a new link anytime; please refer to our video guide on how to encode the NFC card.
